Service Description
Postpartum Doula Visit (2–3 hrs) Support includes newborn care, emotional support, healing guidance, light household help. Suggested price: $100–$175 / visit Postpartum Planning Session Creating a personalized postpartum recovery + support plan. Suggested price: $75–$125 Breastfeeding Support Session Latch help, positioning, feeding confidence. Suggested price: $75–$150 Postpartum Healing Check-In Emotional support, mental wellness check, prayer, resource support. Suggested price: $50–$90
Cancellation Policy
Doula Cancellation & Refund Policy (Contract Clause) 1. Client-Initiated Cancellation If the Client chooses to cancel services for any reason, including failure to communicate or forfeiting the agreement, the Doula will retain 75% of the total service fee as compensation for time, scheduling, and availability. If payment was made in full, 25% will be refunded. If the Client has not completed full payment, the remaining balance up to 75% of the total fee is still owed. All payments already made apply toward the 75% retained amount. 2. Doula-Initiated Cancellation If the Doula must cancel services due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances and no backup Doula is available, the Client will receive a refund for all incomplete services. Completed prenatal or postpartum visits will be deducted at standard session value. If the Doula attended any portion of the birth, payment will be adjusted based on hours of service rendered. 3. Failure to Notify Doula of Labor If the Client does not contact the Doula in reasonable time to attend the birth, this is considered Client-initiated cancellation. The Doula will retain 75% of the total service fee. Postpartum services may still be redeemed if included in the package. 4. Deposits & Payment Plans All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total package fee. Services may be paused for late payments until the balance is current. 5. Service Transfers If cancellation occurs prior to labor support, unused services may be transferred toward postpartum care at the Client’s request
